For Long Natural Hair -- Put a dime sized amount into the palm of your hand and rub, until it has melted.  First, put some onto the front of your hair.  Second, proceed to putting the product on the scalp of your hair (and down the part line of your hair).  Third, place some of the product on the back of your head (neck area).  Last, place the last of the product on the ends (tips) of the hair.  

For Short Natural Hair -- Spray Leave on Moisturizer on hair - massage to evenly distribute throughout your hair. Put a dime sized amount into the palm of your hand and rub, until it has melted and rub it throughout your hair to seal in the moisture.
